How to install
Registration
You can get the trial version for free in our web store.
Key information
You will be able to find your Trial activation key, your Username and Password in the email called "Yugamiru-Trial Registration success".
Log-in and download
To download the software, you have to log-in into your account in the website yugamiru.net. To log-in, you can click on the button "log-in" in the top left corner of the website.
Once you have clicked on the log-in button, you will be directed to the log-in page where you can enter your log-in information to access your account.
Next, you have logged-in, in the top left corner of the website, you will be able to see your name instead of the log-in button. You can move your mouse over your name, then a small window will pop. In this window, there is a button called "Downloads", you can click on it.
Once you have clicked on "Download", you will be directed to the download page. In this page, you can click on the button "Download", then the software will be downloaded on your computer.
Install software
When the download is over, double click on the installer called "YugamiruCloud_1.0" to install the software.
After the software installation, you can click on the icon named "Yugamiru Cloud" to launch the software.
A first window will open with the message "No license found on PC", you can click on "OK".
A second window will open, in it, there is a space called "Enter the activation key", in the blank space, you have to enter your Trial activation key, then click on "Activate".
If your activation key is valid, a window will open with the message "Application activated successfully", then click on "OK". The software will launch by itself. Congratulation, you are now able to use Yugamiru Cloud for your trial period.
How to take the photos
Trial version accessories
In the trial version of Yugamiru Cloud, you can build yourself the accessories to enhance your product experience. With the registration email, you should have received two files. This trial manual PDF and the accessories PDF which can be printed. (In the paid version, there are high quality accessories which are designed to be used with Yugamiru)
Preparation
[Step 1] Print "Foot plate + marker for printing" (2 sheets) on A4 paper size.
[Step 2] Cut the markers out of the printed foot plate.
[Step 3] Put some tape on the markers in a way that you can stick the markers on the clothes.
[Step 4] Put the printed foot plate on the floor and join the lines.
Congratulations, you have successfully build your own accessories, you are now ready to try the product.
Put the markers on the Person
How to put the markers on correctly
While taking measurements, make sure that the markers are not hidden by the person's hands or clothes.
Hip (right and left front) marker
Place the marker on the right and left anterior superior iliac spine (the protruding part in front of the pelvis).
Hip (right rear) marker
Place the marker on the right posterior superior iliac spine (the protruding part behind the pelvis).
Knee markers
Put the two knee markers so that the black symbols are placed in the middle of the kneecaps.
Ankle markers
Put the two ankle markers so that the black symbols are placed at the front of the ankle, and one on the right side of the right foot.
Shooting preparation
Foot Plate Setup
Set up the printed foot plate so that the symbol is facing towards the camera. Also, make sure to affix the printed foot plate onto the floor using double-sided tape or similar to prevent it from moving around when stepping onto it.
Camera Setup
Extend the tripod legs using the bottom stoppers and attach the camera to the tripod, ensuring that there is no gap in the connection. Also, verify that the lens and the camera are firmly attached, and use a level meter to ensure that the camera is perfectly horizontal. In the case you don't have a tripod, when taking a photo, we recommend to be on your knees and to be careful to have your camera in a horizontal position.
How to stand on the foot plate
Align your heels and feet.Place your heels on the top of the symbols or , and align your index toes with the straight line.
Take Pictures with the Digital Camera
- Side Photo
Align the heels to the feet outlines along direction on the printed foot plate and face straight forwards. Take a photo with the digital camera.
- Front Photo
Align the heels to the feet outlines along direction and face straight forwards. Take a photo with the digital camera.
- Bending Photo
From the standing position, bend the knees and lower the hips down slowly. Take a photo at some point where the knees are bent (with the weight resting on the legs and hips).
How to use the software
Enter Customer Information
Run ‘Yugamiru Cloud’.
Press the ‘Start’ button on the main screen.
Enter the ID, name and other information about the customer being measured. You can also take measurements without entering any information.
Read in Images
Connect the digital camera to the PC using a USB cable, or insert an SD card or similar into the PC.
Please refer to your digital camera’s user manual for details on how to transfer photos from your digital camera to a PC.
Read in Side image
Press the ‘Read in Image’ button and select ‘Side Image.’ Select the side photo; it will then be displayed under ‘Read-in Image.’
Press the ‘Rotate Image to Right’ button to rotate the image to the right and show the person standing up vertically. Drag the red frame with the mouse to place the person in the middle of the frame.
Read in Front image
Similarly with the side image, read in the ‘Front Image,’ make sure it looks correct and then press ‘Next.’
Read in Bending image
Similarly, read in the ‘Bending Image,’ make sure it looks correct and then press ‘Next.’
Belt and Ankle Markers (Front Standing and Bent Positions)
Drag the belt markers to align them to the edges of the belt, and then release the mouse.
Drag the ankle markers to place them over the symbol on the ankles, and then release the mouse.
Similarly to the front position, line up the markers on the bent position and click on the ‘Next’ button.
Knee Markers (Front Standing and Bent Positions)
Drag the knee markers to place them over the center of the symbol on the belts, and then release the mouse.
Similarly to the front position, line up the markers on the bent position and click on the ‘Next’ button.
Ear, Chin to Forehead, and Shoulder Markers (Front Standing and Bent Positions)
[Forehead Marker] Align the symbol with the person’s forehead.
[Ear Markers] Align the symbol with the holes of the ears so that the ear-shaped curves line up with the person’s ears.
[Chin Marker] Line up the chin-shaped curve with the person’s chin line.
[Shoulder Markers] Line up the shoulder-shaped curves with the person’s shoulder lines.
Similarly to the front position, line up the markers on the bent position and click on the ‘Next’ button.
Side Markers (Side Position)
[Ear Markers] Align the symbol with the hole of the ear so that the ear-shaped curve lines up with the person’s ear.
[Shoulder Marker] Curve I to adjust the position along the shoulder of the line.
[Belt Markers] Line up the belt markers with the lines of the printed markers on the hip.
[Knee Marker] Place the knee marker so that it lines up with the red symbol on the marker.
[Ankle Marker] Place the ankle marker so that the symbol lines up with the ankle.
Once all the markers have been placed correctly, align the left and right green arrows to the positions with a known distance (e.g., corners of the printed foot plate, etc.).
Enter the distance of the known points in the picture (distance between two points of reference). (The distance in the printed foot plate picture is 42cm.)
Click the ‘Finish’ button.
Display Results
Once all the markers have been set, the results screen displays the arrow results of the standing and bent positions.
Enter comments for the customer in the empty section on the bottom left. These comments will then be included in the comments section of the final report.
Buttons Functionality
[Edit ID] Goes back to the customer information screen.
[Change] Goes back to the photo selection screen.
[Check Position] Goes back to the markers setting screen.
[Show Report] Goes to the report verification screen.
[Print Report] Goes to the print report screen.
[Save Result] Allows you to select a filename and save your measurement results.
[Restart] Starts a new measurement.
[Initial Screen] Goes back to the start screen.
How to read the report
Posture Report
It shows the score out of 100. The average is 50-60. It shows the rank from 4 levels of A-D. It shows the comment about your current posture. Radar chart shows the score of each region in a line. Is goes as high scores on the outside. The total score is your result. Low score region is the point of posture improvement.

You can view your license in Tool > License > View license.
In this window, you will be able to find your activation key, expiry date and number of days left.
Release License
You can release your license from your computer in Tool > License > Release license.
In this window, you will be able to find your activation key. You can click on "Release" to release your key from your computer.
You can, then, install Yugamiru Cloud in an other computer and reuse your activation key to use the software.
